AER Rule Submission 1-2: Boston (1-2; 2.00, 3.07)

Boston submitted and successfully passed the addition of Rule 2.00(Between Innings) and Rule 3.07 to the Announcers' Ejection Rules. The rules were submitted in response to a call of "Ejection" by HP Umpire Alan Porter (64). At the time of the egregious error in umpire conduct, Baltimore was leading over Boston 2-0. The contest ended with the score unchanged.

Clearly a lull in play.
2.00 BETWEEN INNINGS - The period of time where the ball is live, the batter is in the box, the catcher is in their crouch, and the pitcher has engaged the rubber.

3.07) Umpires may not issue ejections between innings.

Boston now has 8 points in the AER standings (0 Previous + 2*(2 New Rule) + 2*(2 Submission passed) = 8). Boston moves from T-1st to 1st.
